Returns and Exchange

Terms and Conditions for Return or Exchange:

1. Please be informed that items on sale cannot be returned or exchanged and are non-refundable according to our policy.

2. Non-sale items bought from our online store or physical store can be returned within fifteen (15) days of purchase.  

3. For return or exchange, the items purchased must not be worn or used and original tags must be in place.

4. Return can only be processed in the original country of purchase.

5. If the item you have received is damaged in any way, please contact our customer service team via phone, email or chat for assistance.

Returns:

1. For the return of online orders, please get in touch with our customer services team via phone, email or chat and we will arrange for the return.

2. For the return of in-store purchases, please keep the original bill.

Exchange:

1. For the exchange of online orders, please get in touch with our customer services team via phone, email or chat and we will arrange for the exchange.

2. For the exchange of in-store purchases, you can exchange any item within 7 days of purchase. If the value of the new item is higher than the exchanged item, you must pay the difference.

Refunds:

1. For online purchases, once the returned item is received at our warehouse, refunds will be processed within 15 working days. 

2. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the original purchase. We do not provide cash refunds for online purchases unless you have opted for cash on delivery.
